The exact scope of the role will be based on the skillset and experience of the selected applicant. Key responsibilities will involve designing, production and management of projects  in a collaborative cross-functional manner.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years design and UI/UX experience at a SaaS or e-commerce company
• Ability to deliver strategic, creative and content based marketing proposals and solutions
• A proven track record of hitting KPI targets and delivering high quality results
• Experience with understanding customer experience challenges and identifying solutions
• Graphic Design & animation or GIF experience a plus
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience using Figma a plus
• Fluent in English

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver the most suitable design solutions which meet both user needs and business goals and reflect known constraints
• Solve UI design problems and make informed design decisions
• Have a firm understanding of the digital platform and appropriate considerations, constraints, and methods such as responsive design, accessible design, and micro interactions
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to arrive at an appropriate Solution
• Work with UX Researchers to develop testable prototypes/designs and incorporate research findings into iterative designs
• Maintain design consistency, champion and feedback on our Design Systems
